The Shop at The Broad offers returns for most items in their original, unused condition within 30 days of purchase. Please note that certain items, including clearance merchandise and limited-edition prints, are considered final sale and cannot be returned.

Return Process

  Contact our customer service team via email with your order number and the reason for your return to obtain a Return Authorization number.

  Safe Packaging

  Carefully pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags and protective materials are intact to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Shipping

  Affix the provided return shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of the tracking number for your records.

• 4.
  Processing & Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
